The Centreville Town Council will hold a meeting and consider a motion to go into closed
session on Thursday, February 5, 2026 immediately following the Town Council Meeting at the
Liberty Building, 107 N. Liberty Street, 2nd floor meeting room, to discuss the acquisition of land
in accordance with the Maryland Open Meetings Act, General Provisions Article, Section 3-305
and to consult with counsel.
I. Convene – Council President Kaiser
II. Citizens Forum (Citizens are requested to keep their comments to no more
than three minutes)
III. Motion to go into Closed Session
IV. Discussion
V. Motion to Adjourn – Council President Kaiser
