• Planning Commission Recommendation to the Board of Appeals:
Application has been made to the Town of Centreville Board of Zoning Appeals by
Matthew Raines, Case No. SE-02-26, requesting a Special Exception under the authority
of Chapter 170, Article VI, Section 170-59 (B) Board of Appeals Regulations of the
Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Centreville, to permit the applicant to operate a short-
term rental within an existing single-family dwelling, pursuant to Article III, Section 170-
20 C (6) of the Centreville Code. The property is located at 109 Wharf Lane, which is
zoned R-2 and is further described as Parcel 1318, Tax Map 035H, Third Election District,
Queen Anne’s County, Maryland. It is owned by Matthew Raines.
