Centreville Ethics Commission Meeting July 24, 2020 10:00 a.m. MINUTES The July 24, 2020, Centreville Ethics Commission meeting was called to order at 10:09 a.m. at the Town of Centreville, Town Hall, 101 Lawyers Row. The following members and staff were present: Martha Herman, Chair; Carrie O’Connor, Vice Chair; and Lucy Ickes-Marks, Member; Steve Walls, Town Manager; and Carolyn Brinkley, Town Clerk. Approval of Minutes a. January 30, 2020 Ethics Commission Meeting Minutes • Ms. O’Connor made a motion to accept the January 30, 2020 meeting minutes, as presented. Ms. Ickes-Marks seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. b. July 9, 2020 Ethics Commission Meeting Minutes • Ms. O’Connor made a motion to accept the July 9, 2020 meeting minutes, as presented. M.s Ickes-Marks seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. New Business a. Review of Financial Disclosure Forms • Shelby Brown The Ethics Commission reviewed the financial disclosure statement for errors and omissions for Shelby Brown and was found to be complete. • Fred M. McNeil The Ethics Commission reviewed the financial disclosure statement for errors and omissions for Fred M. McNeil and was found to be complete. • Ms. Herman made a motion to accept the Financial Disclosure Statements for Shelby Brown and Fred McNeil, as presented, and found no errors or omissions. Ms. Ickes-Marks seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. The Ethics Commission will meet again on Thursday, August 6th at 10:00 a.m. and Thursday at Town Hall. Motion to Adjourn There being no further business, Ms. Ickes-Marks made a motion to adjourn the July 24, 2020 Centreville Ethics Commission meeting.
