Centreville Ethics Commission Meeting August 6, 2020 10:00 a.m. MINUTES The August 6, 2020, Centreville Ethics Commission meeting was called to order at 10:45 a.m. at the Town of Centreville, Town Hall, 101 Lawyers Row. The following members and staff were present: Martha Herman, Chair; Carrie O’Connor, Vice Chair, via FaceTime; Lucy Ickes-Marks, Member; and Carolyn Brinkley, Town Clerk. Approval of Minutes a. July 24, 2020 Meeting Minutes • Ms. O’Connor made a motion to accept the July 24, 2020 meeting minutes, as presented. Ms. Ickes-Marks seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. New Business a. Review of Financial Disclosure Forms • Dale Franklin Becraft The Ethics Commission reviewed the financial disclosure statement for errors and omissions for Shelby Brown and was found to be complete. Ms. Herman made a motion to accept the Financial Disclosure Statement for Dale Franklin Becraft, and found no errors or omissions. Ms. Ickes-Marks seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. • Anne Lane The Ethics Commission reviewed the financial disclosure statement for errors and omissions for Anne Lane and was found to be complete. Ms. Ickes-Marks made a motion to accept the Financial Disclosure Statement for Anne Lane, and found no errors or omissions. Ms. O’Connor seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. • George G.
