The property involved is shown as Parcel No. 0060 on Tax Map 044F, Lot 19B, in the Third Election District of Queen Anne’s County, is located at the intersections of Vincit Street and Railroad Avenue as well as the intersections of Ruthsburg Road and John Andrews Boulevard in the Town of Centreville, and is located in an R-2 zone.
