NOTICE OF HEARING
Application has been made to the Town of Centreville Board of Zoning Appeals
under the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Centreville, a municipal corporation of the
State of Maryland, by Jane Keller and Gordon Bjorkman, Case No. SE-01-23, requesting
a special exception under the authority of Article VI, Section 170-59(B) Board of
Appeals Regulations of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Centreville, to permit the
applicant to operate a short-term rental, pursuant to Article III, Section 170-20 C.(6) of
the Centreville Code.
The property involved is shown as Parcel No. 1294 on Tax Map 035H, in the
Third Election District of Queen Anne’s County, is located at 104 Watson Road in the
Town of Centreville and is located in an R-2 zone.
Take notice that this application shall be considered at a public hearing on
