TOWN COUNCIL OF CENTREVILLE RESOLUTION 08-2024 A RESOLUTION FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING CERTAIN FEES, CHARGES, AND EXPENSES TO BE PAID TO THE TOWN OF CENTREVILLE PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY SET FORTH IN THE TOWN OF CENTREVILLE CHARTER, TOWN OF CENTREVILLE ZONING CODE, SECTION 170-63, AND ALL MATTERS RELATING TO SAID RATES, FEES AND CHARGES. WHEREAS, previous to the adoption of this Resolution, Ordinance 620 has set forth certain rates, fees, and charges to be paid to the Town of Centreville; and WHEREAS, by Ordinance O-04-01, the Town Council of Centreville repealed Ordinance 620 and determined that rates, fees, and charges would be established, altered and amended from time to time by Resolution; and WHEREAS, by Resolution 11-2020, the Town Council of Centreville established building permit fees and zoning fees; and WHEREAS, this Resolution is intended by the Town Council of Centreville to replace any fees contained in other resolutions that conflict with the amounts included in this Resolution as shown on Exhibit A; and WHEREAS, all provisions contained in other Resolutions not changed by the attached Exhibit A shall remain as originally approved by the adoption of their respective Resolutions; WHEREAS, the Town Charter gives the Town Council of Centreville the power to regulate and control the levying of fees and charges to cover services provided to the residents of Centreville. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of Centreville that the list of fees, charges, and expenses as shown in Exhibit A shall be charged for the services and items enumerated until changed by the Town Council of Centreville.
