NOTICE OF HEARING
Application has been made to the Town of Centreville Board of Zoning Appeals
by Tred Avon Partners, LLC, Case No. V-02-24, requesting a variance under the
authority of Chapter 170, Article VI, Section 170-59 (C) of the Zoning Ordinance from
the strict application of Chapter 170-32 C.2.d. Off-Street Parking Dimensions for parking
areas requiring all entrances from public or private streets to be at least 7’6” from side lot
lines; to reduce the requirement from the right side lot line at 216 N. Commerce Street
from 7’6” to 0’5” to allow construction of a mixed-use building.
