The subject property is located at 214 Breezy Acres Lane near Queenstown, MD in the 5th Election District and in the Neighborhood- Conservation-5 (NC-5) Zoning District and Critical Area Resource Conservation Area (RCA). The applicant also seeks a variance from the recreational area setback requirement (§18:1-95B.(6)(b)[5][b]) pursuant to §18:1- 95B.(11) and §18:1-121.The subject property is located at 300 Old Love Point Rd. near Stevensville MD in the 4th Election District and in the Countryside (CS) Zoning District.
