These are the minutes of the April 28, 2026 Centreville Economic Development Authority meeting where new members introduced themselves, the 2015 RKG economic plan was presented, and the Centreville Main Street Program’s market study and Boom Tracker tools were discussed. The board reviewed available support (Main Street Manager, County EDO, potential FY27 Economic Development Manager), identified near-term priorities—filling the FBI Annex, reviewing the Pennsylvania Avenue lot plan, incubator space and commercial property inventory, pursuing an Arts & Entertainment District and more Courthouse Green events—and set regular meetings for the third Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. with the next meeting on May 19, 2026 and a Chair to be appointed then.
