Minutes of the Centreville Park Advisory Board meeting on September 7, 2021. Members reported that Wharf Park deck renovations have begun (lights and swing set pending) and the chair will write an RFP for pavilion designs; the board discussed the proposed Carter Farm development’s 8-foot perimeter trail (noting a variance with the Critical Area Commission will be needed), a sidewalk/asphalt connection from the MC Ventures project to the trail, ongoing efforts to salvage old rails before a Rails-to-Trails auction, and asked members to bring endorsed project proposals to the next meeting; no quorum prevented approval of the May 4 minutes and an Eagle Scout bench project was noted but not detailed.
