The Park Advisory Board met June 7, 2022, approved the May 3 minutes, and unanimously voted to purchase four bulletin cases and four new swing sets (two for ages 2-5 and two for ages 5-12), placing one of each at Millstream Park and the Wharf. The board reviewed Wharf Park updates (new eight-foot metal picnic tables, grills, and water connected to dock power-towers and yard hydrants), discussed Millstream Trail Phase II and a community daffodil-planting donation effort, considered a pocket park near Pennsylvania Avenue, noted maintenance needs (handicap parking sign and a broken Millstream Park water spigot), and said Queen Anne's County has requested an amendment to the Town’s water & sewer allocation for White Marsh Park at Route 213.
