Minutes of the Centreville Planning Commission meeting on January 15, 2020: the commission approved the September 18, 2019 minutes, forwarded a favorable recommendation to Council for Ordinance 15-2019 (Subdivision Regulations) which removes the Town Engineer signature requirement and changes “Chairman” to “Chair,” and approved amendments to Chapter 145 (Street Trees) to be forwarded to Council along with the Street Tree Manual of Specifications. The commission also discussed a streamlined update to the Comprehensive Plan (including the TND portion), agreed the annual report should be completed by July and list permits and completed items, and heard a council member suggest modifying bylaws to allow the Chair to vote.
