Planning Commission — 2020-02-19

The February 19, 2020 Centreville Planning Commission meeting conditionally approved a lot line adjustment for parcel 957 (lots 5, 6, 9 and 10) with required actions (final legal agreement, public works agreement, possible Fire Marshal review, and encouragement of a sidewalk connection to the Millstream Trail) and approved merging lots 15 and 16 of parcel 1322 into a single lot. The Commission also discussed the Comprehensive Plan and an almost-complete annual report due July 1, accepted the January building permits list, and voted to amend the bylaws to allow the Chair to vote.
