The Sept. 16, 2020 Centreville Planning Commission meeting approved the Aug. 19 minutes and heard Town Planner Chris Jakubiak present a community plan update titled 'From Growth Area to Villages to Neighborhoods' that reviewed infill areas, estimated housing growth and densities, water and wastewater needs, environmental corridors (including the Corsica River), planned neighborhoods, employment zones, parks, and street network; there were no citizen comments. Council member Tim McCluskey reported that Police Chief Joe Saboury was sworn in and that the Women’s Museum plans to move to Turpins Farm (the code currently does not permit museums in residential districts and the new Town Council will consider a text amendment later this fall); the meeting adjourned at 8:58 p.m.
