Planning Commission — 2020-10-21

The Centreville Planning Commission met on October 21, 2020 and handled three main land-use items: it advised the Board of Appeals that the variance request for 317 N. Liberty Street is consistent with the Centreville Community Plan; it approved a preliminary site plan for a proposed 220-unit climate-controlled mini-warehouse on Railroad Avenue (Ashley Family) subject to coordination on bufferyards, stormwater management, lighting/design standards, and future collector-road realignment per the Town Planner's comments; and it approved a re-subdivision of Lots D and E in the Centreville Business Park conditional on establishing a 60-foot right-of-way adjoining Coursevall and Laser Drives.
