Planning Commission — 2021-01-20

The Centreville Planning Commission meeting (Jan 20, 2021) approved the Dec. 16, 2020 minutes, welcomed new member Tim Zuella, and discussed proposed zoning text amendments for accessory buildings and for museums in residential zones; the Town Planner will draft accessory-structure language and two museum-related amendments for future review. The Commission also set Comprehensive Plan work session dates (March 3, April 7, May 5) and noted existing code items such as a 3-foot property line setback for accessory structures and a printed lot-coverage limit in the Zoning Ordinance.
