The Feb. 17, 2021 Centreville Planning Commission meeting approved final site plans and plats for a mini‑warehouse/outdoor storage on Railroad Avenue (approved with conditions requiring agency permits for wetland/stormwater/forest conservation, agreement with Public Works on driveway widening, and implementation of bufferyards) and approved the re‑subdivision and site plan for Lot E in the Centreville Business Park with conditions including 10' and 5' slope easements, extension of the existing sidewalk, a T‑turnaround, a parking waiver, and widening Coursevall Drive to 36' curb‑to‑curb. The Commission also approved a preliminary subdivision plat for Lot K (creating ~5.6‑acre Lot K and ~6.9‑acre Lot L) to allow an outdoor grow facility (two outdoor grow areas, two greenhouses, and a barn) with required 10' slope easements along Laser Drive Extended and an inter‑parcel access easement to be reviewed by the Town Attorney, noted the need for an MDE well permit (~10,000 gpd) and aquifer research, and recorded that GTI supports Ordinance 01‑2021 to allow agricultural uses in the Planned Business District.
