Planning Commission — 2021-04-21

The Planning Commission met April 21, 2021, approved the final site plan for a roughly 52,000 sq. ft. YMCA at 210 Vincit Street with relief from certain parking requirements and conditions requiring completion of the Little Kidwell extension during phase 1 and removal of the Green Street ROW; approved the final site plan and subdivision plat for an Outdoor Grow Facility on Lot K of the Centreville Business Park with tree canopy requirements deferred up to three years and execution of a PWA (vote 5-1); and forwarded a favorable recommendation to Council for Ordinance 05-2021 (buffer yard text amendment) with a revision to Section 2.K.(2). The Commission also approved prior meeting minutes and noted unfinished business items including accessory buildings and the Comprehensive Plan update.
