Planning Commission — 2021-08-04

This is the Centreville Planning Commission meeting (Aug 4, 2021) where commissioners approved the June 16 minutes and forwarded a positive recommendation to Town Council on Ordinance 09-2021 (Accessory Structures) with amended setback tiers: under 12 ft = 3 ft, 12 to under 15 ft = 5 ft, and 15 ft and over = 10 ft; the Town Planner will prepare an application checklist.
