Planning Commission — 2021-11-17

This is the Centreville Planning Commission work session (Nov 17, 2021) focused on the Town’s Combined Working Draft of the Comprehensive Plan and discussion of the Queen Anne’s County Comprehensive Plan draft, growth-area designations, and how future development depends on water and sewer infrastructure. Council reported support for an FY22 spray field farm purchase, noted a recent 4–1 vote to approve a zoning text amendment to subdivision regulations, and staff will provide points for a letter to the County on its draft plan.
