Planning Commission — 2022-09-21

This is the Centreville Planning Commission meeting (Sept. 21, 2022) where commissioners approved prior minutes, reviewed a preliminary site plan and minor subdivision for a proposed Taco Bell at Rt. 213 and Laser Drive (requested multiple revisions and approved a flat-roof expression and a small parking reduction), and tabled Ordinance 10-2022 to Oct. 19. The Commission also reviewed Draft Chapters III and VIII of the Comprehensive Plan, discussed the Town’s community water system (three wells, three storage tanks of 100,000/200,000/300,000 gallons, two treatment plants with capacities of 750,000 gpd and 720,000 gpd, a planned fourth elevated tank up to 600,000 gallons, and a maximum permitted extractive capacity of 645,000 gpd), and set public review and a workshop date for the draft plan.
