Minutes of the Centreville Planning Commission meeting (Oct 19, 2022) showing approval of the Preliminary Site Plan and Preliminary Minor Subdivision for a proposed Taco Bell on part of Parcel 98 (Rt. 213 & Laser Drive) with conditions (obtain required approvals; bufferyard and signage standards reviewed prior to Final Site Plan). The Commission also forwarded Ordinance 10-2022 with amendments to Town Council, directed staff to release the Draft Comprehensive Plan (Water Resources and Implementation chapters) for a 60-day public review and scheduled a public hearing for January 18, and discussed site landscaping, a parking reduction request, Carter Farm growth allocation, and odor from a nearby marijuana grow field.
