Members also reviewed Comprehensive Plan additions on water system capacity and reserves (645,000 gpd permit; 360,912 gpd 12‑month average; listed EDUs and three storage tanks), and noted correspondence including Taco Bell preliminary site plan conditional approval and approved building permit lists.
