Centreville Planning Commission work session on April 5, 2023 focused on the draft Comprehensive Plan: commissioners reviewed Council Member Worth’s public comment and decided not to change the questioned growth area, discussed the prior removal of a growth area on the west side of Rt. 213, reviewed PUD/TND materials, examined lot sizes, setbacks and special-exception uses in R-1, R-2 and R-3, expressed a desire for minimum open space and cluster development in infill residential zones, and assigned homework to identify PUD elements to integrate into R-1/R-2/R-3 regulations.
