Planning Commission — 2023-11-01

The Centreville Planning Commission met on November 1, 2023 to review the Draft Comprehensive Plan and agreed specific text and map edits, follow-ups, and a next work session. Actions included replacing Table 2 with Table 5-1; evaluating year-round seasonal stream discharge to Gravel Run with an outfall extended into the Corsica River west of the Watson Road Bridge; requesting the Town Planner explain a referenced Tier Map; enlarging the Growth Area to follow the Mill Stream branch rather than the planned Taylor Mill Road Extended; checking consistency with Queen Anne’s County greenbelt; and noting an incomplete paragraph on page 10; a December 6 work session was scheduled.
