Planning Commission — 2023-12-06

This is the Centreville Planning Commission work session on December 6, 2023, to review the updated Draft Comprehensive Plan 2040; members finalized Table 2 (commercial infill), adjusted Map 1A so Growth Areas 4 and 5 lower boundaries match parcel lines, created Map 1B tier designations (Tier I currently serviced by sewer, Tier II planned for sewer, Tier IV A planned for conservation with no major septic subdivisions), and included 2009 design standards as an appendix and implementation item. The commission completed miscellaneous renumbering, agreed to change the tier map color from red to blue, noted Town Council will hold a public hearing on December 14 to consider adoption, and set the next Planning Commission meeting for January 17, 2024.
