Minutes of the Centreville Town Council meeting on March 19, 2020: the Council approved prior meeting minutes, held a closed session to consult with counsel on potential sale of town property and legal matters and to discuss personnel/appointments, and read multiple charter amendment resolutions. The Council removed the phrase “or ceases to be a registered voter of the town” from Resolution 02-2020 for advertising and voted to advertise Resolutions 01-2020 and 03-2020 through 07-2020; due to COVID-19 the Council asked citizens to submit comments by email and read emails from three residents, and An Optical Galleria agreed to sponsor video recordings of upcoming meetings.
