Town Council — 2020-11-19

The November 19, 2020 Centreville Town Council meeting included appointments of Fred McNeil, Ryan Holdgreve, and Gene Magary to the Centreville Park Advisory Board and Frederick Beu to the Board of Zoning Appeals; the Council awarded the Centreville Wharf boardwalk and finger pier renovation bid to Living Ecosystems (budget not to exceed $19,749.56) and approved a one-year extension of the Town’s farm lease through December 31, 2021. The Council also heard a YMCA presentation about a proposed 41,000 sq. ft. facility behind the County Office Building on Vincit Drive, discussed CEDA attendance/quorum concerns, held a closed session to interview board/commission candidates, and read Resolution 12-2020 (charter amendment, Section 402) for first reading.
