Town Council — 2021-02-04

The Centreville Town Council met on February 4, 2021; they approved the January 21 minutes, ceremonially sworn in Officer Dustin T. Schulz, and heard an update from the Maryland Women’s Museum. The Council approved Resolution 01-2021 (amending leave donation rules), authorized a $14,920 contract amendment with Whitman Requardt to update the WWTP Expansion Preliminary Engineering Report, and held first readings for Ordinance 01-2021 (allowing agricultural uses in the Planned Business District) and Ordinance 02-2021 (a temporary moratorium on permits for accessory structures over 400 sq ft), both referred to the February 17 Planning Commission for public hearings; the tax differential topic was set for further discussion at the February 18 meeting.
