Town Council — 2021-07-08

The Centreville Town Council met July 8, 2021 and took several actions: approved the June 3 minutes; held closed sessions on personnel (including review of candidates and approving a revision to an employee contract); adopted Resolution 07-2021 establishing a compensatory time policy; authorized purchase of three Lawyers Row street lights for $13,027.20; waived Chapter 7, Article I, Section 7-2A for the Drink Maryland: Centreville event; approved four allocations for the MC Ventures subdivision; and held first readings of ordinances including Ordinance 08-2021 (conveyance of a 12' alley to a 12' access and utility easement and acceptance of land from MC Ventures) and Ordinance 09-2021 (accessory structures).
