Town Council — 2022-11-03

The Town Council met Nov. 3, 2022, approved the Oct. 20 minutes, and held a continued public hearing on Ordinance 09-2022 (Carter Farm Growth Allocation) with speakers both supporting and opposing the ordinance and many written comments submitted; the public hearing was then adjourned. The Council also reported a closed session on personnel (no actions taken) and Councilmember Johnson presented a list of citizen questions/concerns about the Carter Farm project covering business plan, agrihood definition, CSA membership and costs, tax/revenue numbers, potential town subsidies, wastewater timing, traffic study release, and crime impact study.
