The Council adopted the FY26 budget (Ordinance 07‑2025) with stated fund transfers and capital totals including a $2,500,000 placeholder in C25 for a possible water reuse farm, scheduled public hearings on Ordinances 09‑2025 (Dangerous Buildings) and 11‑2025 (Green Street dedication) for June 26, encumbered $3,000 for the trail brochure to FY26, deferred the solar partnership decision to June 26, and approved water/sewer allocations for 132 and 138 Spring Street.
