Town Council — 2025-07-10

The Centreville Town Council meeting (July 10, 2025) approved prior minutes, scheduled public hearings and ordinance actions (Ordinance 10-2025 Administrative Search Warrants and Ordinance 08-2025 Trailer Ordinance with hearings on August 7), and set a dangerous-building hearing for the Mill Property on July 29, 2025. Other items: the Town’s 250th commemoration honoring Samuel Turbett Wright is set for August 27; the Park Advisory Board agreed the Tree Board may apply for the Tree to Shore grant; the Planning Commission will vote on the TND on July 16 and TND/PUD amendments are to be introduced August 7 with a public hearing September 18; police reported June activity (5 arrests, 859 calls, Redspeed cameras issued 34 citations); and the Town introduced intern Nathan Taylor.
