These are minutes of the July 29, 2025 Centreville Town Council Show Cause Hearing about the structure at 2647 Centreville Road, which Building Inspector Hal Davis (MDIA) found to be a dangerous, severely deteriorated building that must be demolished. Owner Charles F. Geschwilm appeared, said he is obtaining demolition bids and asked for more time to submit them; the Council will solicit its own demolition bids, consider any owner bids, urged removal of personal items for safety, and will vote on the Findings of Fact at the August 7, 2025 Town Council meeting.
