The Centreville Town Council meeting on November 6, 2025 approved locking a 3.5% interest rate for November–April, authorized closing Lawyers Row for the Dec. 6 market, donated $100 to the Queen Anne’s County Legacy Foundation, corrected a public works allocation from 16 to 17, approved a Comcast cable franchise agreement, tabled revisions to the water and sewer allocation policy for additional priority language, and set end-of-year meeting and event dates; a first reading was held for Ordinance 14-2025 (ethics) with a public hearing set for Dec. 4, 2025.
