Town Council — 2026-04-16

At its April 16, 2026 meeting, the Centreville Town Council approved multiple board and commission appointments (oaths administered), authorized road closures for the Centreville Farmers Market, approved eight water/sewer EDUs for Blue Crab Car Wash, and adopted two personnel resolutions (Administrative Leave and Inclement Weather). The Council also heard a citizen objection to the proposed wastewater treatment plant expansion, received a utility rate study presentation with no action, introduced first readings of ordinances on vacant properties and solar arrays (public hearing May 21, 2026), and deferred action on trash/recycling bids for further analysis.
