Board of Appeals — 2026-05-20

The Queen Anne’s County Board of Appeals will hold a public evidentiary hearing on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 5:00 PM (note change of hearing location to the Board of Education conference room, 115 Vincit St., Centreville) to consider an appeal by Three Seas, LLC (Case No. BOA-25-10-0230). The appeal challenges a Planning Department decision dated September 3, 2025 that denied processing of a variance seeking relief from Supplemental Use standards (§18:1-58.B) for the property at 1104 Price Station Rd in the Village Center (VC) zoning district.
