The Board held closed sessions on boards/commissions and land acquisition, approved minutes, recommended three people (William Walmsley, Richard Fratzke, Tonya Wright) to fill a vacancy on the Property Tax Assessment Appeals Board (term to 6/30/2031), and held a public hearing on Comprehensive Water and Sewerage Plan Amendment 11-26 — the Town of Centreville’s request to allow spray irrigation on leased agricultural land and certain public green space. The meeting also included agenda items and presentations on numerous citizen-sponsored zoning text amendments, an ACFR update, Parks & Recreation and DPW items (including the S.E.W.
